Xiang Chuan Mansion is a great spot for those seeking authentic Sichuan and Hunan flavors. The spicy dishes are definitely the highlight, especially the stinky tofu which transports you straight to Changsha! Do note, the heat level can be intense, so tread lightly if you're not accustomed to spice.

The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, though don’t forget to make a reservation since it gets bustling! Overall, a delightful experience that didn't leave my wallet emptied... Just be prepared for a little hustle from the staff during peak hours. 🍜
