Mama's Dumpling & Coffee is a delightful find in Richmond! I treated myself to the authentic Sheng Jian and was amazed by the juicy, flavorful buns. The Xiao Long Bao burst with savory soup - definitely best enjoyed with a spoon! The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it a perfect spot for a casual lunch.
