I recently visited Tian Shi Fu in Richmond and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive menu. I tried the sliced pork with pepper on rice, and it was incredibly tender with just the right kick from the peppers. My friend opted for the spicy garlic noodles and loved the robust flavors.
