I've been a fan of Xi'an Famous Foods for years, and the Bayard St. location didn't disappoint! 🍜 I ordered the spicy cumin lamb hand-pulled noodles, and let me tell you, the texture was perfection - soft, chewy, and just the right amount of bounce.
The chili oil added a welcome kick, although I did go for regular spice; next time, I might brave the extra spicy!
