If you're on the clock, order ahead! We waited 23 mins for our order.
It wasn't because the place was packed. Only 3 tables had customers and 2 of them were eating.
It looked like they only used 1 fryer for chicken and the other for fries. From what we witnessed, 1 guy was taking orders and working the fryer and the other 2 staff were getting the orders ready, and one of them was in training. Also, they were moving soooo slow! They had no urgency about them.
Instead of working in a fast food restaurant, they looked like they were working in a library!

Place full of young workers who don’t know what they are doing! And they never answer the phone.
They also don’t understand the concept of extra crispy/well done/dry rub…however I put it, I still end up with soft wings!

Busy place you can tell they work hard so be patient on Fridays and Saturdays your online order may take 45 mn to get ready but if you have this info then all is good.
Next time I will just show up accordingly they offered a complimentary drink for the wait.
Food is good would come back again
