I recently discovered Castillo's Mexican Restaurant and I’m already a fan! 🌮 The fish tacos are incredibly moist, grilled to perfection, and served with a delicious special sauce. The thick tortilla chips paired with mild salsa were a hit as well.
The cozy atmosphere is great for solo dining or family gatherings, and I appreciated the friendly service, even if it was a bit slow during peak hours.
With a solid selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options – I can’t wait to return for the Chile Verde next time! Highly recommend! 😊
