When I pulled up, there was only one car in front of me and I was told to wait at the drive-through.When I was ordering The lady kept saying my total after ordering one thing at a time because she thought I was done and I know that’s not how they train there employees so that’s one thing they need to be trained on again.The lady couldn’t hear me as I was ordering so caught an attitude real quick but when I got to the window, she decided to put on a happy face as if she forgot how she was talking to me.As I was waiting for my food, it seemed like it took 10 minutes and it wasn’t even busy and all you saw was the employees standing there talking and not working.Once I got my food the lady forgot to put my zesty sauce in the bag for my onion rings, even though I told her when I was ordering my food and she proceeded to tell me I needed to talk louder when I’m like they need to fix their microphone or something because she was speaking low herself.Once I drove off, I made sure everything was in the bag which it was but once I got home, I noticed my onion rings were super soggy and not fresh and they were not crispy at all.They were all broken up, so I was very disappointed with my food overall the hamburger sliders, taste really bad and the fries just horrible food in general do not come here go to another white castle anywhere but this location.I suggest you guys get new workers or better people that’s going to make the food correctly and know how to talk to customers when they’re ordering and not always saying is that it after every sentence.At this point, it seems like they’re just cooking food and they’re not really caring about their job so this white castle is in desperate need of better work employees and better food.Do not waste your money here.If I could give zero stars, I would!
Let's start with amazing people working here, from front counter to food preparation team to management team were all warm & welcoming.They were patient with every customer and really answered all questions.Food was not up to par with quality of meat and ingredients - yes, I know the reputation but wanted to experience it myself with my son who wanted to know what this place was about.Their dining area was beyond cold and staff kept apologizing for not being able to fix it.
Waited in drive through with only one persons ahead of me for over 10 mins. They left with no food Worst meal I have had from here in a while Fries were cold. Bacon cheese burgers with no onion were dry over cooked and just like warm and chicken rings were over cooked Not even a bit enjoyable and got no answer when I called to speak with a manager
