Aurelio's Pizza Joliet

Ordered light cheese, extra sauce, well done. This pizza had hardly any sauce at all.
Paying $2.50 for EXTRA sauce for no sauce is horrible.
I can never get a consistent pizza from Aurelio's.
I've tried too many times.
Sad because when it's right, it's very good.

Aurelio’s is some of the best pizza in the Chicago area but the Joliet location continues to disappoint.
It is just not the same as other locations.
We always ask for it well done and they have yet to get that right.

My family's thoughly disgusted with the service we received while interacting with the staff to report a problem with our order.
We ordered two pizzas and a 2 L pop.
One of ther pizzas we ordered was correct, but with the other one was an incorrect thickness.
We ordered a thick crust fiesta pizza, and we received a thin crust fiesta pizza.
When my Mom called back about to complain about the issue, she was told that they used two thin crusts to make the thick pizza, and she's told that it didn't have time to rise.
We weren't told about this happening to the pizza before it was made or when I went to pick up the order. We're very disappointed that our options from the staff member was to bring the pizza back to have it remade tonight, which is an hour round trip and about an additional hour to remake it; or to bring it back tomorrow for a full refund, which wouldn't be worth the gas money to go back to do so.
Thus, we're stiffed with the bill of paying for a pizza that clearly isn't the size that was paid.
The staff member she talked to -the chef who made the pizza and cut both of our pizzas- didn't even offer to pay the difference of the incorrect size. Lesson of the day: Make sure you manually check the pizzas to get what you've paid and not get taken advantage of by the staff here. Feel free to browse through the pictures and see if you want to pay for a thick crust and get thin crust instead.
The "thick crust" pizzas have mostly square pieces with one half ham and other half toppings, and the thin crust has pinapple on it.
We're not coming back here ever again.
