The food was good.
Terrance provided great service from taking the order to bringing it to the table.
Overall staff was friendly. The restroom was clean.
Code entry lock was on the door to make that part easy.

I would give the store a 5 star because of the overnight manager does so great! Him and his staff goes above and beyond.
Love the gratitude and attitude.
But today is my first time ordering food in the morning and the morning manager doesn’t apply the same pressure.
He seem too busy and unfocused, I didn’t get greeted by the manager or staff only stares.
I orders with the manager and I had to repeat my order twice and he still rung it up wrong.
Thanks to one of the staff members and I believe the GM they corrected my order quick and fast.

Total incompetence.
Never before have I left a review on a business let alone a FAST FOOD chain, But I had to after my experience with this location.
First, the person taking my order thru the drive thru was completely unprofessional and rude.
Obviously did not know how to do their job.
Second, when we got to the window to pay, they had added two additional meals to our order for no reason.
My girlfriend tried to ask why we’re being charged $50 for two meals and she’s told us we said that WE ordered the additional meals, I stepped in and told her very specifically what we ordered (1 meal for each of us, obviously) and she said oh ok I’ll fix it. When she returned she had only taken off ONE of the additional meals and charged us for 3 meals… like how hard is it to get two meals at Whataburger.
Then when the manager got involved she tried telling us what WE ordered and was rude as well.
She slammed the window multiple times and gave us cash instead of refunding the money to our card.
Overall complete incompetence.
