During my visit on 1/3/24, I encountered an exceptionally rude cashier named Joel A.When I requested extra condiments, and a fresh large fry.he displayed a hostile attitude, citing a policy of only allowing two per order.Joel A.not only cut me off when I tried to explain that I was willing to pay for additional packets but also exhibited disrespectful and rude behavior throughout the interaction.I would really like to know why he was so bothered. Also, the ongoing issue of unacceptable wait times, let me give you some context the last 2 times I was there I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order of fries.thats crazy.Again i ordered and asked for fresh fries and they were the most flaccid potatoes ive ever seen (pic is attached) In addition to the service problems, I have noticed a consistent shortage on product during my last visits in the past 30 days.So i dont understand why customers have to give yall grace and patience when you all cant do the same.Even when I requested two extra packets of freakin ketchup, I was abruptly cut off and not heard by the staff.He legit said 2 per order and walked to the back and never came back I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at Whataburger Restaurant 1141, particularly this time due to Joel A.'s disrespectful behavior and my soggy, flacid, old fries.I would ask for a response but ive never got one when i have contacted you all before.I would suggest training the staff in customer service, but i think you all know that this is the worst location on planet earth, and maybe the galaxy.If you want fast service, quality food, amazing customer service....ask yourself why are you at this location.
Omg 😳 What happened to the size of your burgers almost like eating a biscuit.And the price is higher. Sad sad place to eat. And you haft to bring your own ketchup your Scared to give any out. Unbelievable place has gone downhill.Look at the lettuce on the burger.Unbelievable
This location is something else.While I used to enjoy the food more often, it’s difficult to make it as frequent when the line in the early hours doesn’t move. Fresh made > Fast food < late to work.Waiting in the drive through for their team to complete your order takes 20-40 mins on good - bad days.Even when you least expect it such as 6am. Today promoted a review because they began with a Chick-Fil-LE style greeting.Name for the order, order, condiments, etc.Problem is it works if you can execute, and not have the attention span of a 5 year old. So not only do you wait in a long line, possibly late to work, but then you get your order and it’s wrong. You look at the food you receive and you ask for a large fry, 1/4 of the fry container is 2 ketchups and stacked w salt and pepper. That attempted copy of what chick-fil-le executes flawlessly.They can’t even get condiments correct, no picante sauce for my taquitos. Stop at another location, this one needs to get it together.Otherwise check your bags, wait in line, and ask again for everything at the window.
