I placed an online order exactly what appears on the receipt, but when I received the order at home, they did not send the milkshake.I called the restaurant to find out what happened to the milshake.If they could solve it for me, the person who answered the phone simply said it was not sent.We can't do anything for you, if you want, write a review on google and they'll give you a solution, IT'S SERIOUS!! What kind of customer service is that?

The butter never melted on my short stack, but the ham and hash browns were hot and delicious.The service was friendly and pretty quick.It was a very nice Saturday morning breakfast.
I had a great time in the beginning the atmosphere was amazing everyone was so sweet except for my waitress ZAIRE she walked up with an attitude.The food was amazing and it was fast to get my food.My problem is when I checked out and got my receipt my prices was one thing but when I looked at my bank I got charged something different.I called the manager Ana and she told me there is nothing she can do about it and I would have to dispute it with my bank.It’s extremely irritating and unprofessional for people to take money not only that I am a regular and I come on Wednesday or Thursday but I decided to come on a Friday this time and this is what happen.
