I'm leaving a 5 star review for the employee Chris.While not one but two employees stood scrolling on their phones, he was working.He noticed me there and came over polite and professional.This world needs the Chris people in it!!

Ordered a delivery order twice from this location within the same month and the first time I got terrible food.It was soggy, cold and the wrong thing! I only received one right item out of the entire order.Now the most recent order (today) my order was cancelled after waiting 40 plus mins just for the driver to pick up my order.This location needs new management or a new closing team altogether.

I only ordered a hash brown during breakfast hours after church. It was soggy and warm to me as if it was old. I asked the young man if it was fresh. He said it was under the heater. I asked for a fresh hash brown and he said it was already fixed so I couldn't have another one. I asked for the manager as I used to work at Jack in the box as a teenager. He looked over at the fryer and said there are fresh ones coming out so I gave him back the soggy hash brown and he gave me a new one without a bag. Poor customer service at the window. This is not usually my experience at this location. The older lady is usually so friendly.
