I recently dined at West Texas Chophouse, and it was a solid experience!
We opted for the Bone-in ribeye, which was a beast at 20oz. The steak was flavorful, though the center could have been a touch juicier. The roasted peppers that accompanied the bone marrow were a sweet surprise! 🌶️
The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for family gatherings. Service was fast, but a little slow during peak dining hours.
Definitely try the loaded baked potato alongside your steak! A great spot for steak lovers looking for good value. I’ll be back! 🥩
