Absolutely the WORST Jimmy Johnâs I have ever been too! My family and I are from out of town and needed a quick bite to eat today between my sonâs back to back baseball games.We went inside and ordered with a gentlemen who clearly was obviously not paying attention to what I was saying and just wrote down whatever order he felt like! 2 out of the 4 sandwiches we ordered were completely wrong (like not even close to what we ordered).When I told them, the same guy walked over to our table to see what was wrong with the sandwiches.I told him once again what we were wanting and he remade our sandwiches, well when I opened one of the two re-made sandwiches IT WAS STILL WRONG! It was roast beef đ¤Śđťââď¸ I ordered a Country Club which is Ham and Turkey! Like what the hell? Are you deaf? We were in a hurry and running late at that point so we just walked out super frustrated.Save yourself the headache and DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Iâve been to JJâs in New Mexico and Arizona and have never had this kind of problem!

Great food, but service leaves room for improvement.Seems like every time I place an online order, they âforgetâ to add the ingredients that I select.Do they even read the orders and what was selected? We shouldnât have to check the sandwich EVERYTIME we pick up just to make sure they added everything that was selected and they charged extra for.And yet find that they fail to make the sandwich to order.And when you ask them for the missing toppings, that you were charged for, they get bothered!

This past weekend with my daughter.She ordered a veggie rap and I wanted a Country Club.Once I drove all the way home to the Northeast, I'm like 30 minutes away.I finally figure out it was the wrong sandwich. when I called to ask, could I get the right sandwich? They argued with me to tell me that that's not what I ordered one and two that they weren't going to fix it. I wasn't asking for anything free.All I was asking was to get the right sandwich.I will never go back there ever i guess jim john's is just not for me period.
