Terrible experience at Popeyes today I ordered 24 ghost pepper wings and I was met with a 10-minute wait which led to a 30-minute wait.We didn't receive our large fries.When we did receive them they were cold.The wings weren't even fresh so I don't know why I had to wait 30 minutes when I went to say that I didn't receive my fries.He met me.Well I don't remember you ordering large fries.Well it gets worse.One of the wings was uncooked raw.Most of the wings couldn't even be counted as wings.They were mangled and small and almost inedible.This is honestly a management issue management should honestly be replaced.Shame on you
Do not order delivery from this place.We as a family orders, wings.Fries and shrimp popcorn ask for and paid for extra sauce as in ranch.Ketchup and tartar, the order got here an hour and 10 minutes. With not one packet of ketchup not one packet of ranch Worst of all, there was no target sauce for the popcorn Shrimp and when I called to complain, they said.Oh wow, we can't fix it.It was a delivery.Do not order delivery from this place.Worst delivery experience ever.
Insanely slow.Even when ordering online ahead of time.Ordered at 1:55 pm, still waiting at 2:20 pm… waited a total of 30mins!!! No apology.I have seen 3 other cars in drive thru get their orders before me
