At West Indian Flavor II, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a laid-back meal. I tried the goat meat roti, and while the roti hit the spot with its comforting layers, I could have used more meat for the $27 price tag.

They also serve mean jerk chicken, although it leaned more towards heat than flavor - definitely a spicy bite!
