Be careful when you enter this place.
My car fell there and I had to replace my tire.

I ordered food from Wendy’s and there was a rubber band placed on my chicken sandwich.
I ordered from there multiple times and each time my balls had a hurting burning sensation, they were doing something to my food causing my private parts to hurt for weeks straight.
Further action is in place to handle this.

I did a mobile order today and when I got to the restaurant I pulled up to the drive-through as the app directed to and told the worker that I had a mobile order ..
I was then told that I needed to come inside to retrieve my order.
Confused as to why I had to come inside but I did because I wanted my food.
Got inside and was standing for about five minutes after three employees looked at me without being greeted.
Once I was greeted I told the worker that I had a mobile order she asked my name and walked away with no sense of whether she heard me or understood me.
I began waiting again for my food.
The young lady finally brings the food to the counter and says mobile order and walks away.
I would rate customer service a one out of five & the restaurant smelled like pee!
