Copan Restaurant delivers an authentic taste of Honduras right in Charlotte! 🌮 The pupusas and empanadas are a must-try, as they're perfectly made with fresh, hand-pressed tortillas. I also indulged in their Salvadorian Plate, which was a generous feast featuring grilled steak and shrimp alongside rice, beans, and fried plantains - enough to share!

The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for casual dining, although service could be improved; my waitress seemed more focused on the bar. Still, I can't wait to return and try more dishes, especially the soup! Don't miss out on their fantastic Honduran coffee either! ☕️
