Wendy's

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever visited.
I love Wendy's, but I hate and despise this location.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
It does not matter who is working, the staff and customer service is always terrible.
May last experience at this location included me placing a mobile order via the app to limit the interaction between myself and the staff.
I received confirmation that my order was received and to alert the drive through when I arrived.
When I arrived, I was advised to wait à second.
I waited 4 minutes before the voice returned and said "Hello?", like it was phone call that had been placed on hold.
I responded back "Hello" and they advised me to wait again.
After another 3 minutes, they return to the speaker.
I advised them of my mobile order.
The voice claimed that they did not have the order.
I explained that I had a confirmation number for my order.
They can be heard not speaking directly to me but to either a peer or themselves about having to make this order.
They spoke directly to me saying "ohhh that order was just picked up".
I didn't understand as I was not the person who picked up the order I submitted.
I drove to the window to speak to them directly.
They told me that they did not have the order but could make it.
Then changed tune and said they actually do have the order and they were making it now.
Then they asked me what the order was.
I asked how could you have my order if someone else picked it up? They said that was not the case.
They asked what my order included.
I began to explain my order but the person in the windows facial expressions and tone were completely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable when I came to allow them to handle my food.
I asked for a refund.
I was advised that they do not do refunds.
I have submitted a complaint via Wendy's customer service requesting a refund and compensation for my experience equal to my order amount.
I will no longer give this location my money and time based on all of my experiences at this location.

the chili and the bacon Junior cheeseburger was actually really good at this Wendy's.
but I paid for cheese on the chili it cost me $0.60 and I didn't get it.
when you're going to charge this much for fast food, I should get everything that I asked for.
$10 for a drink cheeseburger and chili.
8 more dollars I could have got fajitas at a sit-down restaurant.

also didn't get a receipt.
phone at this place just rings never an answer.
anyway good taste just missing the details.
chili sucks without cheese:-) judging by the reviews I just read it looks like it's a consistent ,maybe they need a new manager.

Out of a lot of items The computer order screen as you walk in the door is a bit confusing to use at first, but it makes it easy to order without standing in line.
I ordered chicken nuggets with large fries and a large drink.
I made a mistake hitting spicy nuggets instead of regular, so I asked the lady to fix it and she did.
I then got my food and when I went to get a drink I found out the ice and Dr Pepper were out.
I tried to get ketchup for my food, but that didn’t work either so I went to the front and the lady said they had ice, Dr Pepper and ketchup in the back.
So I ended up getting everything I was looking for and got to enjoy the meal.
