I went to this location yesterday and had one of the worst experiences ever with an employee! However, the manager called me today with great customer service and offered to make up my experience with a smoothie remake and a gift card! The other workers were also friendly and I am grateful for the do over! Thank you !! I’ll be back

I went to the Clifford St location @ 800 O'Clock April 3 I was wanting a bowl (PB drizzle) the guy at the register told me that they stop selling bowls at 800 o'clock so I couldn't get one and that was the whole reason for the trip there very disappointed makes no sense being there open til 900 pm

When you have posted hours of operation you should adhere to those hours.
I wasted a trip to this store & it was 15 minutes before closing (8:45pm on Saturday 10/01/2022) & your open sign was still on but the door was locked & no employees were inside.
This is definitely no way to run a business to have your employees randomly closing early like this & customers wasting a trip to your store when it's listed as open.
