My “sauced” nuggets barely had any sauce..asked for ranch and got honey mustard..Dr Pepper was very flat..positive note, the service was quick! Judging by other reviews, seems like this is all a common issue..
only car in drive through.worst customer service.drive through window associate with blonde hair was very rude with no customer service, forgot straws and dips because she was in a hurry for nothing.very rude at window and very rude at drive through.pick any other Wendy’s but this one because it seems like management always hires people who don’t like to work and have 0 manners here.
We’ve ate at Wendy’s on our trips to the states many times.Sounds strange but with my wife being vegetarian Wendy’s is the one place we know she can get a good salad till now.While we were waiting to order another customer was asking for a replacement burger because he had ordered it without cheese but was given one with cheese, that should have gave us a clue.My wife asked the young man for the cobb salad with no meat, then explained she is vegetarian so no meat on the salad he said he understood and it wouldn’t have meat on the salad.We decided to get our food to go as the restaurant didn’t have a nice feel.When we got back to the place we are staying and opened our food my wife said straight away “they’ve put meat on it “ I offered to take it back but said it had put her off and she couldn’t trust them to get it right after breaking it down to a point that a toddler would know she doesn’t want meat.I hope the staff at this Wendy’s restaurant have Velcro straps on their shoes because if they have laces that’s an accident waiting to happen.
