Apis Hotel & Restaurant offers a trendy experience that effortlessly blends modern elegance with a fresh & neoteric dining experience.From the moment you step inside, the ambiance sets the stage: think contemporary, with a sophisticated vibe that’s perfect for both casual drinks with friends and special occasions. Service was attentive but not intrusive, with staff that are knowledgeable of the menu & happy to provide recommendations.The bartender that evening was crafty and well versed in making a proper cocktail. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just stopping by for a meal, this is a must-visit destination.It’s more than just a place to eat; it’s an experience that combines great food, with an atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more.
Had a reservation for dinner on Kenosha third Thursday event.They stated they had no Thursday deal that day, although deals were posted online (see attached picture).Service was incredibly slow and we were continually passed over by our server Luca.The food was good and came out quickly, but not for the price.The reservation was made with notes that it was a special birthday, there was no acknowledgement.We got out as quickly as we could because an event was beginning upstairs and it sounded like a stampede coming through the ceiling.We were very excited to finally try Apis for a very special day.Incredibly let down.
The atmosphere is fantastic! We enjoyed food inside, and our server was wonderful.Then we headed to the rooftop for a drink.Wonderful experience! Ash, our server, was awesome and very friendly! My husband ordered a drink called "In their hands" (or something like that)....basically, the bartender creates a surprise cocktail.Cassandra, the bartender, created a FANTASTIC gin, strawberry, basil deliciousness!! She even came over to us to see how he liked it.Well done Apis!
