The Apis Hotel & Restaurant offers a delightful escape where great food meets chic ambiance. We opted for the rooftop seating, and it was perfect for a sunny afternoon! The highlight was the “In Their Hands” cocktail - I was impressed by the bartender’s creativity. The truffle fries were crispy and delicious, complementing the lively atmosphere nicely. Although the service was a bit slower during peak hours, our server was friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to return for dinner! 🌟
