I just left the store totally disappointed.I have been here hundreds of times and always enjoyed my food.Tonight it wasn’t busy.One person in front of me and one person after me.I ordered my food at the kiosk.Everyone else got their food I waited for several minutes after the person behind me left and inquired about my sandwich order.No one had started the order.I got a refund and left.The kitchen staff was too busy goofing off .I guess that’s what happens when it is slow.I’m in the area every day but it will be a long time until I return to this Wendy’s
We ordered 2 biggie bags with spicy nuggets. We did not receive spicy nuggets .we also ordered a chili that we did not receive.We ordered a sweet tea and it ended up to be unsweetened.The bags came with no napkins the drinks came with no straws and the food came with no sauces.The employees were busy talking to each other and got the order completely wrong.We received no receipt to show our order.We were the only ones in the drive thru and waited 15 min for our order to be taken also.We repeated the order 3 times and he still got it wrong.This location needs to be closed down or they need a whole new staff.They also did not have on gloves or hairnets with dreadlocks haircut.We got there at 7 and left at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday.We received one item at a time.No tray for multiple drinks.
Delicious and consistent.I only do drivethru, but the orders come out fairly fast.Usually in and out in 10-15 minutes. 4 stars for it being fast food, and because CEO's reckless statement about increasing prices on demand.
