So I just went to this location to get lunch on my break and they took a long time just to get my card back to me and when they gave it back they said it wasn’t working so I was confused seeing as I just went to the store and it worked fine.I asked the worker if they tried it more than once and he ignored my question and looked away and then laughed with his buddy and didn’t say a word back to me.I was confused and just drove off because what even was that.I then go somewhere else to get food and my card worked perfectly.I’m not usually mean about food service but like seriously … train your people how to use a card machine and maybe not to be rude.
The workers at the Wendys on Independence in Springfield, MO 65804 are absolutely hands down the BESTEST group of people I have ever experienced in my entire life.They are so caring and loving to all the customers all the time! I absolutely love, appreciate and am so grateful for them 🥰
Got a sour cream and chive baked potato and they didn’t give any sour cream, and a chili cheese baked potato and they literally didn’t give a potato.Also gave me a sugar cookie instead of a chocolate chip lol u guys suck
