The food here is really good.I especially like the street tacos and get a side of chips.Just really expensive for fast food. It was 15 bucks for my three tacos chips.The chairs are hard and there’s really no place to have a private conversation with someone while you eat..

What the heck was that.So after leaving Chipotle because they did not have anyone to service anyone and out of food we stopped here.We saw patrons inside eating so we thought okay it should be okay.Let me tell you it was anything but okay.The guy kid behind the counter was the only thing pleasant about this experience.He was nice and even saw the rice needed swapped out and did before he started my bowl.Two girls were on their break and I saw another guy back and forth in the back. Was the store clean heck no.The grill looked like it hasn't been touched in months.Food caked on burnt and you can't say it was just from today.Counters around the food nasty.Another surface area covered in cheese.Tabletops dirty.Area around soda and tea dispensers covered in spilt drinks.Floors horrible.Trash overflowing.And flies everywhere. I should have walked out but I gave it a try. Food quality.Lol.The meat looked like it was sitting there forever.I even questioned if there was potatoes you could add to the bowls.Come to find out that was my chicken.Rice had an overpowering lime taste along with way to much cilantro.It was still edible at this point.Beans were good corn was good.Again still edible. Until...... The girls came off of break. While I sat there watching them laugh and eat and play their phones I thought they were having a great time.Then one girl ran behind the counter to help another customer.She then went directly to put on gloves.A+ for the gloves however.She skipped the part where you wash your hands before touching clean gloves to touch food! I was disgusted. Then.... The other girl did it.With her hair flinging wildly and hands running all through it.Jumped from her break time to the register and even put her hands down to fill chips!!!! I done lost my appetite. Then... The guy kid came out to start cleaning the tables.Awesome someone is going to clean! The hair flinging touching girl came out from behind the counter to get the spray bottle and rag from the guy kid and they all had a little argument about who's doing what.She then SPRAYED! THE TABLES FROM A UNGODLY AMOUNT OF DISTANCE towards our table and all into our food! I was done.I pushed my food away.I saw the liquid land into my food. The guy kid who had the dirty rag and spray bottle then! Proceeded to go get a full bag of cheese cut it open and pour and hand the cheese into the bowl without gloves.While the first girl played on her phone behind the counter put it in her pocket.Did not wash her hands again and went and grabbed the clean thing you put the food in and paper.Puke is what all of that is!!!! Are we not taking food safety courses anymore.Food handlers card??? Training????? Where is management? For my bill to be $17.00 you would expect fresh food.Clean environment and kids to have knowledge on cleanliness.I would like my money back.I did not even eat past 3 bites.There I a camera and someone needs to review it.

We’ve been going to this Qdoba for over 5 years and the quality of food, service and cleanliness continues to decline.Tonight was the worst form of customer service I’ve seen.I witnessed a new employee being yelled at and diminished in front of customers because she was “too slow”.Absolutely terrible atmosphere making everyone in line uncomfortable.I understand it’s hard to find employees, but the employees looked rough, acted rough and showed no interest and providing quality food or customer service.
