Coyote's Adobe Café offers a lively atmosphere perfect for casual dining. I decided to try their famous wings, and I was not disappointed! The Thai peanut sauce was a standout - simply delicious! While the fried pickles had a nice crispy batter, they were a bit too salty for my taste. The service was friendly, despite being busy on game night. I appreciated the option to order wings with all flats. Definitely a place I’ll revisit for a fun dining experience... 🍗
