Don't let the fact that it's in a Pilot put you off.
As of this review, the entire place is very new and clean.
The food was fast and accurate and our fries were perfect at 11am.
One of us is vegetarian and asked for the chicken on her salad in a to-go box on the side.
The cashier went directly to the staff making our food to verbally point out that the chicken was to be on the side.
Great service all around, and the restrooms on the Pilot were clean, too.

Was in today between 3 and 4.
Heard the manager boasting about how the store had just reopened from a remodel.
Drive thru closed, minimal customers, so you would think the food would be hot, fresh, and amazing, RIGHT? Nope, my fries were cold the Jr meat had been on the holding area for God knows how long.
I even made a comment to the manager about my issues with what I saw before my food came out.
He assured me that he "wouldn't give me food that wasn't fresh" then proceeded to do just that.
At least my ranch wrap was enjoyable.
Silver linings I guess.
Do better Wendy's.

No reason ANY of my food should have been cold.

We came in for an early morning breakfast.
The two employees on staff got our food fixed up quick so we could hit the road.
The food was good and fresh, will definitely make a note of this location.
