September 08, 2024I visited Wendy's at Westside Village for a quick bite, and while the garlic fries were tasty, I couldn’t help but feel disappointed. 🍟 The burger was decent, but the service was painfully slow; I waited over 20 minutes just to place my order!
The lobby was closed when I arrived, which led to a longer drive-thru wait.
Hopefully, they can improve on their timing and keep the dining area open for customers. I’ll give it another shot, but I’m hesitant after today’s experience... 🍔
