Wow….So I go in and order because the drive through line is looking crazy.Walk in and the girl at the register rolls her eyes as I walk up and walks to the back.2min later a male employee comes and takes my order which I get pretty quickly and I leave.I get it your job in fast food sucks I don’t expect over the top enthusiasm walking in, but what I do expect after dropping $14 on 2 empanadas and a coffee is for my FOOD TO NOT BE FROZEN STILL!!!
Every single time I’ve tried to order at this location, I was told “We don’t serve caramel at this location “. I asked to be clear if they were just out of caramel or if they don’t serve it, and I was clearly told they don’t serve it like other locations do.That’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever heard, especially since they share the space with Baskin Robins.
Customer service is terrible.I have been served cold and old coffee when asked for hot coffee.The instructions we give for food are definitely not followed.Moreover, the (Hispanic- not to be racist, but I don’t remember the name) lady on drive thru window is very rude.She refused to give ketchup with my sandwich.So my friend went inside and asked for it with other employee, and she was kind enough to give it to us.
