Use to love this place and come in often but I happened to get a defective vape that doesn’t work at all so I called to let them know because it was closed by the time I realized it and I live 30 minutes from there and they told me all they could do was give me a 15% discount.
That is not right.
I have been a customer for 2 years almost and I promise I won’t be back.
Every other place I’ve been to will make it right.
The guy working also never said anything about you need to try it before you leave or we can’t return or anything of that nature.
Otherwise I would’ve opened it and tried it on the spot.

They customer service at the shop is impeccable, my device stoped working and with the assistance of there knowledgeable employees they were able to fix it, these guys have my business for life.
