There was a little wait before placing our order in the dine-in area, but after that, everything was fine.
The soda machine didn't have all flavors, but the huys behind the counter were happy to help out with their machine behind the counter.
Butgers, nuggets, and hot, CRISPY fries were enjoyed by all.
The Ghost Pepper Ranch chicken sandwich is 🔥🔥🔥!!! Really tasty and HOT👍

In less than two weeks, the Alamo Ranch location in San Antonio, Texas messed up my mobile order twice.
First time was 3/11/24.
They forgot 6 piece non spicy nuggets.
Then on 3/21/24.
They forgot the Burger...Dave's double.
On 3/25/24, I call to discuss these issues with a manger or the owner of this location.
I call around 3pm cst.
A female answers and places me on hold.
I could hear all the conversations going on.
Looking at my phone....been placed on hold for over 23 minutes and counting.
I decided to hang out.
This is unacceptable customer service.
There's number for Tom on the drive through.
I need to get his number and speak with him directly.
Because if something isn't corrected, like a credit to my card, I am going to dispute the charges.
Was the missing items given to me....yes.
However, I am trying to address from happening again in the future with any future customers.
Because I will not be back to this location again.
Its called double checking the order before giving the customer their order.
SLOW down and do it right the first time.
If done right the first time....complaints isn't written and revenue isn't lost or another word for it...shrinkage!
