Freebirds at Alamo Ranch is awesome! The staff is always friendly, the food is great, and the restaurant is clean! Pablo made our burritos and they came out so good! We will continue to be regular customers here.

This is my favorite Freebirds location in San Antonio area, the food is always great and the customer service is awesome.
The general manager there named Leanva is always helpful, we recently had a mixed up on our order and she made it right.

There was a rush of orders when I had went, the workers were taking care of them efficiently and even took the time to greet me and made sure I was helped.
The lady that came after me was too impatient but they still handled it amazingly so that everyone was helped, happy and out the door with their to-go orders.
