Kumori offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for a casual date night. The Mixed Sunomono salad was fresh and bursting with flavor - definitely a must-try! I found the Spicy Salmon Roll decent, though not quite as described. Still, I’d return just for the excellent salad and warm service! 😋

Kumori Sushi & Teppanyaki is a delightful gem in Alamo Ranch! 🥢 The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a date night or a casual lunch. I absolutely loved the Mixed Sunomono salad - so fresh and flavorful with a perfect mix of cucumbers, crab, octopus, and shrimp. 😋 The Spicy Salmon Roll was decent, though it didn’t quite match the description, which was a bit disappointing.
Our server was friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. I can't wait to return for that salad! 🌟
