I visited this location on Wednesday and the girl at the drive through Blanca was so sweet.
I liked her energy even when I was ordering at the speaker.
When I pulled up to the window she was smiling and very attentive.
She made sure I had everything in my order without me even asking.
I told her she had positive energy and great customer service!

03/12/24 Went through drive through about 10pm ordered spicy chicken sandwich I forgot to say I wanted the meal, when I got to the window she gave my total before I gave her the money I asked her I politely asked if I could change it to a Meal please she looked at me and said NO! I thought she was joking, then she goes on to say that she has a big line of cars in the drive through… there were literally 2 cars behind me at the moment.
Went around the drive through again and ordered just sprite and medium fry it was 6 and some change for just a sprite and fry’s.
Then got home and started eating and the fry’s were still frozen🤮🤬

The guy taking our order put it in wrong, so my Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was made incorrectly.
He absolutely had no idea how to put in the order.
I don't even work there and I could tell you there's a JBC button on the register! Train the employees better and to the employees, learn your job.
