We really wanted Little Caesars and could not have been more disappointed.I know the whole saying "you get what you pay for" but if I'm paying $15 for the deep dishes, I expect them to at least be cooked thoroughly.The pizza was actually cold when it was delivered (delivery took less than half an hour so time was not why), and then we found out it was because it was still raw.The cheese was barely melted onto it, and the dough was still just dough.On top of that the pizzas were crushed by the sides of the lids. When we called to tell them and ask what to do about it, the person who answered yelled in my ear instead of putting me on hold for a manager, and then the manager yelled back and was extremely rude on the phone with me.I wouldn't have cared too much about having to put it in the oven for a bit except I have a 3 year old who doesn't understand yet that it wasn't ready.Thankfully, Doordash was very helpful and kind the entire phone call.We will not order from this location again.

I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni and onions and it was clearly on my receipt.Of course when I got home I did not even have a deep dish.I had a thin crust pepperoni pizza.Ruined my dinner.I’m so annoyed.On top of that the pizza and cheese bread were NOT even hot.Extremely disappointed in this location

My husband ordered and picked up two cheese pizzas and some crazy bread this evening and the amount of disappointment I felt when I opened the box 🤦🏽♀️ It looked old, overcooked, and left out for quite a while.The pizza was, gummy.I was expecting fresh pizza! Not what we received.We live 8 minutes from the location, so the pizza didn’t turn this way from the drive.I took one bite and threw it out.My husband and kids were quite hungry so they ate it.I couldn’t.We’ve eaten here before and the pizza was made with care, so I absolutely expected the same quality.This experience has turned me off.
