Corporate, send help for this place.
Not enough staff, so you are forced to order at a kiosk.
An older gentleman beside me only had cash to pay for a meal, but no one was going to ring him up so he eventually needed help to order and paid me the cash so I could pay with my card for him.
Then they forgot his order and he had to ask.
He also purchased apple pies, but they were out and they told him to just pick something else.
The fact that the machine didn’t block those out is ridiculous. My order took forever also.
I was told by the machine to take a number so my order was brought to me.
Which is a joke because there are none.
The machine didn’t even print a receipt or give me a number for them to call. Absolutely ridiculous.
There are so many people in line right now.

We waited for 15-20 minutes for order because someone was on phone… I think that’s not called “fast-food”! Also our order was wrong, when we got home to realize that they gave us Quarter Pounder instead of Quarter Pounder Deluxe.
It is not a hygienic place.
There was also a lot of garbage thrown in its parking lot.
It was extremely cold inside.
Overall terrible experience! We will not come again.

I typically go to this location because it’s the closest for my morning routine and commute.
I give it chance after chance for convenience but today I’ve had enough.
The inconvenience with wait times and food quality wouldn’t be as unmanageable if the customer service was up to par but this is the second time I have brought something up to a manager on duty and they literally shrug their shoulders at the concern as if it’s not their priority.
I am not going to continue to provide a profit for a location that can care less about how they treat their customers.
