Went to the Bannister KCMO location and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Paid for a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, NO BURGER ON THE SANDWICH! See Picture!!! AND paid for 5, 6 pieces nuggets, BUT got 2, 4 piece and 3, 5 piece nuggets! This is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Base on reading the other reviews I see the experience I had at this location is pretty much the norm.When ordering my families food around 9pm the woman that took my order first off rushed my husband and replied with “we are on a time limit”.After that reply she laugh while taking our order; which is unprofessional.Once we got to the window I let the woman know that laughing while taking someone order trying to be funny was uncalled for and not great customer service.The lady then replied with “you can go and get your food somewhere else” as she slammed the window in my face.A gentlemen then came to the window and asked what is going on.I explained to him what she did and while I was doing that.The same lady replied with “ I am a manger and you can’t tell me when to laugh” and slammed the window in my face again.I not sure what type of establish you are running at this location but if this is the type of person you want representing your business; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you find someone else.She has absolutely no clue to the example she is setting for the business.Not knowing that the customers she’s suppose to be professional with are helping her keep a job.She might want to think of that since she is a manager.But again referring back to the first statement; it seems that this location has been having the same experience.So it must be the norm.Not a representation and I’m actually happy my family didn’t give this place a dime of our hardworking money.No telling what she would of done to our food as well.Hopefully you guys get a clue and fix this problem quickly; otherwise the ending result will probably be ending differently.
I always order a Bacon DblStack biggie bad w/ an extra bcn DblStack, and they mess my order up EVERY SINGLE TIME.What's the point of correctly repeating my order back to me if you're still going to give me the wrong food?? The workers are cool af, but yall gotta do better
