Burger King

There was one lady in the kitchen and one at the register so we expected service to be slow, and there were about six people ahead of us.
A majority of their orders were wrong which I did not understand as they could have simply completed each order one at a time and been more efficient.
Years ago out of high school I was an assistant manager at a Burger King so it's hard for me not to grade them harder than other locations. But seeing the lady wait 20 minutes to get her second corrected chicken sandwich with bacon was ridiculous and I hesitated on ordering one for my wife which as you can see in the attached picture was not cooked all the way.
I also ordered a burger ketchup only (my youngest cannot have dairy but they added cheese and wrapped it as a plain burger) and I got a unsweetened tea only to take a sip and discover it had a lot of sugar. This was a waste of $30 and I hope this was a bad day because this was the worst BK experience ever and we could not exchange food as it would take them 20+ min and we had a time schedule to maintain and ended up tossing everything except the fries.

The service at this location was terrible.
We ordered drinks w/ our meals & we actually had to ask them for our drinks.
We were their only customer then 2 other arrived while we were waiting for our combos to be complete. The 2 workers stood around like they did not care about quality service. That left an impression all right.
The food otherwise was good, The service gets a thumbs down rating.

It was near the end of breakfast and very close to lunch, so I ordered both! Asked for dollar menu items (bacon cheeseburger small Fri) a large drink ($0.50 charge) and was charged for a full meal! I also asked for mustard only (which is on the receipt) but had pickles & ketchup slathered on it as well! Luckily I'll be back on that side of town (in a few days) with receipt in hand and hope they'll replace it???
