September 09, 2024Wendy's at 7850 Gratiot Ave has the potential to be great, but my recent visit was a mixed bag. 🍔 The drive-through is convenient, but it felt more like a robot taking orders than a friendly interaction. The crispy Baconator I got was delicious, but the fries were only lukewarm.
It’s a classic fast food spot, and the kids' menu is a plus for families, but the staff could definitely use some training in customer service.
Let’s hope they can clean up the exterior and improve the experience... I’d love to see this place shine again! 🌟
