Poor customer service my back broke due to it being packed in correctly when returning they refused to replace my meal.I wasn’t asking for anything extra just to be treated fair.
Ordered chicken and steak sesame - with rice and noodles.No issues until I walked a few blocks home, checked my box and realized I got chicken and shrimp: which I can't eat.So I walked back and thankfully they exchanged for a new meal with my receipt and were friendly.Thank you.
Asked for triple steak they say they can’t do that as a trio wants $40.Also asked for half and half rice and noodle they also don’t do that? I got charged for extra noodles.Also asked for light onion and it is full of onion when I brought it to their attention and asked all my questions he said he wasn’t doing anything about it
