I stopped by Dairy Queen Grill & Chill on Brittain Rd for a quick lunch, and it did not disappoint! 🍔 I ordered the classic FlameThrower GrillBurger and paired it with some crispy fries. The burger was packed with flavor, and the spicy kick really added a nice twist!

The outdoor seating was perfect for enjoying the sunny day, and I couldn’t resist finishing off with a Blizzard – the Oreo flavor is a must-try!

The staff was super friendly and quick, making it a great spot for families and groups. Plus, it’s wheelchair accessible, which is a huge plus. Overall, I had a lovely experience! 🍦✨

Paid 47$ and some change yesterday supposedly the grill broke as I was waiting for my order wanted a refund it was refunded then taken back out of my account hours later store absolutely nasty the amount of grease and dirt on the floor it looks like sludge nothing clean cross contamination every where employee a wearing pajama pants to work? Ice machine been down for months, store smells like MILD!!!! don't eat at this location unless you want another jack in the box incident

We used to love coming to this place, but it has seriously gone down hill, burger cold and hard, fries cold and tasted like the oil was old, chicken strips drenched with so much bbq sauce they were disgusting.
OUT OF ICE CREAM, what the hell, the boy at the counter said your fries will be a few more minutes bro, BRO, UH, MORE LIKE .....SIR not good customer service We definitely will not be coming back, can get better ice cream down the street.

This location is under new management.
The previous manager was great ,accommodating and friendly.
Food always piping hot.
Dairy ,drinks ,ice cold.
Never out of food .
Did you change franchise owners or something? The staff has no personality! What happened? We don’t want to lose this restaurant! Please get it back to 5 stars by updating your equipment, your staff , food .
This used to be the best location in Akron servicing whole little league teams .
It stayed packed here ! Bring it back up !

They seem to be going through a lot.
They were unable to serve soft drinks and they weren't able to do cash orders unless people gave them exact change.
My order was incomplete (I got the 6 PC chicken basket and they forgot my toast) and the blizzard I got was warm. It isn't all on the staff, though.
I'll go back in maybe a week or two to give them another chance.

I can't believe this store is still open! And I used to love this place! Sign in the drive thru...we currently can't sell fountain drinks, soda, water, ice or slushies.
We are also currently only accepting exact CHANGE or CARD or APPLEPAY-management No online orders either believe me I tried on 3 different days and when I got there, NO ORDER! It's hard to believe they're still open!
