Waffle House in Huntsville delivers that classic diner vibe we all know and love! 🍽️

I swung by for a late-night breakfast craving and ordered the Texas bacon melt plate. The ambiance was vibrant, with staff buzzing around (some clearly having a good time!). My food came out hot and fresh, though the hash browns could’ve used a little more jalapeño kick.

Despite a few bumps with cleanliness, the friendly service left a positive impression. Just beware of potential daytime pitfalls! I’m definitely coming back for those crispy waffles...🥞
