Ordered honey barbecue, but was given hot honey dry rub.Not what I ordered, but still pretty good.The wait was pretty long for some wings and so-so fries.The fries do taste best with ranch due to the soft texture.
My husband placed a pickup order online for this location.He called and canceled it like the email told him he could do.They still charged us and we cannot get anyone to refund us.We have called twice and they’ve said each time they’d look it up and call us back and they have not.We have left feedback on the website and asked for a call back and nothing.You need to do better than this. Edit: my husband went in the store to ask for the refund and they were able to do it right away with no issues.Thank goodness he works near this location.What if the location was out of town? How many time would we have to have called to get it taken care of?
My only issue was the tray my food was served on could have been ran through the dishwasher.But the food came out fast.It was good and the staff was pleasant and checked on the customers in the restaurant.
