I had an enjoyable evening at PBR Lockhart Smokehouse! The brisket was definitely the star of the show - juicy and packed with flavor when you order the fatty side! The blue cheese slaw exceeded my expectations, adding a refreshing kick to my meal.
The atmosphere is laid back, perfect for a casual night out. Our server Reese was fantastic, accommodating our large group and ensuring our drinks were flowing nonstop.
While the ribs weren't my favorite, I'll definitely return for more brisket and maybe try the sausage next time! 🍖✨
