Viva La Fiesta offers a delightful Mexican dining experience without breaking the bank. The combo plate I tried included enchiladas, tacos, and a chile relleno - each bursting with flavor. The tacos’ crispy shells paired well with the savory shredded beef.
While the beans were a bit runny, the attentive service more than made up for it. The eclectic array of salsas is worth exploring; I particularly enjoyed the spicy verde!
Overall, it’s a cozy spot we plan to revisit soon... 🌮
