This place has gone down hill ever since this manager “Steve” took over.
Before him customer service was great.
If I had any problem with my order it was always handled great.
I’ve had minor issues with my orders but “Steve” the manager couldn’t care less.
His answer is always “there’s nothing I can do about it”.
How is that possible if you’re the manager? He’s obviously not very bright and has zero customer service skills.
He has no idea how to handle customers which is very sad if your in the restaurant business.
I’m a small business owner and always do what I can to make my customers happy especially long time customers like myself but “Steve” just doesn’t care therefore I will no longer purchase my pizza from Round Table Pizza the price is not worth dealing with someone who doesn’t know what customer service is and how to keep your customers happy.

The gourmet veggies pizza is really good if you’re in a vegetarian diet.
The place is clean and the employees are always friendly.
The garlic parmesan twist is another side dish to add on which is good with caesar dressing.
