I had an amazing experience at Vital Root! 🌱 The atmosphere is cozy and trendy, with lovely greenery that makes you feel right at home. I tried the plant-based Reuben, and it was smoky and packed with flavor - definitely my favorite! The Korean stir fry, which I added scrambled eggs to, was a delightful surprise; I didn't even miss the meat!
With a fantastic selection of healthy, gluten-free options and super friendly staff, I can’t wait to return! Plus, they have outdoor seating and a menu I could explore for ages... Go give it a try! 🍽️
