Fantastic handmade gnocchi and ravioli.
Best we’ve had in Denver thus far.
Location on Tennyson is nice.
Style of service doesn’t do justice to the quality of the food but I get that it’s their thing.
I’d like to see them open up another location suited for a fancier date night with more romance.
Will definitely try again and consider upgrading to 5 star.
Pasta is that good.

This place far exceeded my expectations in a few areas.
We used to frequent Parisi when we lived in the neighborhood and for no good reason made it to Firenze during that time. My boyfriend had a client in town from Ireland and wanted to go somewhere nice but not too fancy where we could enjoy conversation and good food, this IS the perfect place!! Fabulous service, each person that helped us was kind and answered any questions we had and was so gracious in serving each course, it was delightful! The ambience is so warm, welcoming and reticent of the Italian grottos we visited a few years ago in Italy. We shared the antipasta for the whole table.
I ordered the burrata for the group but really kept it all to myself (it was so fresh and the pesto drizzle was so tasty!) I enjoyed 2 glasses of barolo with my risotto but couldn't find the space for dessert.
Next time for sure! This place would also be an amazing venue for an intimate wedding reception or large groom's dinner or a birthday dinner.
