Ok, wow! Came to try this place for lunch today and was blown away by the fantastic service and overall ambiance. First off, we were greeted right away and they were super accommodating. Next, they have an amazing lunch menu for friends. The price for the quantity and quality of food is awesome. The dry rub wings were in point: crispy, full of flavor, and not overly salty ( which is what wings usually taste like to me). The fish and chips were outstanding! I mean, just look at the photo!!! The fish was fresh, crispy, and flaky. The French fries were crispy and super flavorful. Bravo! We will definitely be back. It’s good to see small business be successful from hard work and the right staff. You did it right!

This is a brunch review. First of all, the service we got here was fantastic. We were greeted right when we came to the bar, and both manager (I assume) and bartender were great throughout our visit. Roy and Scott were extremely efficient. We really love this spot, and we have been to the location through a couple iterations of different restaurants. We hope this one sticks. It has a great inside/outside bar setup that is slick. I had the Wagyu burger and wife had the steak and eggs, and we got a mimosa flight for drinks. I believe we were at their very first brunch opening, and I know they are still figuring stuff out. The food was solid, although I think just a couple bucks over-priced. That being said, we look forward to coming back to try some more things. I definitely recommend. MOST RECENT VISIT: Dinner review. Restaurant Week visit (in case you want to take advantage of one of these dishes that are NOT on the typical menu). We missed their happy hour (know that it is until 5pm) but we will come back, as it looked like it had a few good deals. Plus, I love their bar seating area. For summer months, they have an open-air side of it. Maddie was our server. She was very efficient and was handling a lot of tables by the time we left. It was relatively seamless, as she had help bringing stuff to the tables. Choices. I got the lobster bisque. It was very good, and a not on the menu item. If you get it, know that it is very pepper-y. Still solid, although I would do the burrata on a redo. The pesto pasta entree was immaculate and also not a typical menu item. Incredible in taste, and I topped it off with their house-made hot sauce (also immaculate). On a redo, I still get the pasta. It was awesome. Our entire table got the brownie. It was very good and basic. We sat by the door, and I do wish they had some type of curtain or blockade of some kind to hinder the cold air from coming in. Overall, solid place, and we will be back to try and get this rating up to a 5. They just redid their brunch menu too, so anxious to try that. The atmosphere is stellar. Definitely recommend, and see you there.

We were in town for a concert at the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheater and decided to meet up with an old high school friend. His wife suggested this restaurant and we could see why right away. The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean with an upscale but homey vibe. The staff was attentive and so pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. The owner came right over and greeted us and we felt incredibly welcome in the environment. The food is the highlight here though. We tried a lot! The pancakes were so light and fluffy and the French toast was delectable with black berries and both sweet dishes were served with syrups that won’t disappoint you. My favorite of the brunch was the chicken waffle. Chicken was hearty, crispy on the outside and juicy inside, paired with hot honey and compressed melon mint.Amazing! We topped it off with a great Bloody Mary and I’m picky about those.Prices were very reasonable for the quality you’re getting.HIGHLY recommend Rooted Craft.Great little neighborhood too!
