Based on some good reviews, I decided to go to Viet Chopsticks again.
This time I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I chose a dish I hadn't heard of before, claypot rice with beef.
It came to the table sizzling hot and smelled terrific.
At first it was too hot to eat! The pot crisped the rice to deliciousness! I'll definitely return, try other dishes new to me, and repeat the claypot rice dish.

The Vietnamese iced coffee was amazing.
Not too sweet and a perfect balance of flavors.
The pho was just fine and the spring rolls were okay.
I personally thought it was on the more expensive side however the location and their hours of operation is very convenient for those who live in the area.
